Our Support System
We are very diligent and efficient attending to our client needs. If you need to make any updates to your current site, we have implemented a new workflow. It would be more efficient to use our support ticket system since your issues are supported by team even if one of us is not in office. We request that you open a support ticket for all maintenance/updates requests (which you might now be sending as an email to firstname.lastname@example.org).
1) Go to support system page (see below for link)
2) Login – We need to create login so you can open support tickets, so if you don't have one, please contact us.
3) Click on 'support' tab.
A blue tab like 'Get a Quote Now' "Access Support System" and link to "https://greenbirdmedia.freshbooks.com"
You can use any email you received from us in the past that was an invoice or estimate, Just click on the link to our Freshbooks account. Once you are on our Freshbooks system,and then click the support tab to create a ticket.
